Annual Dues of $50.00 to be paid by first tournament. These
dues will be pro-rated for "NEW" members
quarterly.

Tournament Fees are $15.00 and are paid 15
minutes prior to the start of the tournament. If they are
paid after this time, a $5.00 late fee will be applied.
- There are two side pots available, Big Bass -
$10.00 Big Striper -$5.00. These are to be paid 15
minutes prior to start of tournament.
- There will be a one time yearly fee of $10.00 for
club insurance. This will be paid at first tournament by
members and guests.
- Non-Boaters must pay at least $10.00 to their
boater prior to the start of the tournament. Failure to do
so will result in elimination from next tournament.

- To
enter members must contact Tournament Director. Members
cannot call until first Monday prior to draw. Drawing will
be held prior to start. No shows without a valid excuse will
forfeit next tournament.
- Non-Boaters will be drawn on a first come basis.
If there are not enough boats, you will automatically be set
to top priority on the next tournament. You still need to
call and register.
- Drawing order will dictate first out. Last boat
drawn will call all boats out in an orderly fashion.
- Payouts will be as follows: 1 to 10 boats- 1st
Place 60% 2nd Place 40%
10+ boats- 1st Place 50%
2nd Place 30% 3rd Place 20%
- Big Fish will be paid the same. Big Striper will
pay 1st Place only. Pot may carry over.
- Entry fees must be paid to participate in Big
Fish and Striper pots.
- Monthly Points awarded to members will comprise
of total weight only. 2002 Points will be based on total
weight divided by number of tournaments held.

- All Largemouth Bass weighed
must be at least 12 inches long. Any fish weighed shorter than 12
inches will cost
the angler 1 lb PLUS the short fish.
- All tournaments are shared
weight for the boat, unless otherwise specified.
- All tournaments are a 5 fish
limit. Over 5 fish at weigh in will result in disqualification.
- A 1 lb per minute deduction
for late weigh in. After 15 minutes your boat is disqualified.
- Artificial bait only. No
live bait or dead bait is allowed.
- Dead fish will result in a 2
oz. Penalty per fish weighed.
- Fish cannot
be intentionally snagged.
- Big fish
will break ties. Big fish tie breaker will be determined by length.
All participants will weigh one big fish.
- Tournament
Director makes final decision on weighing fish.
- All fish to
be released outside of the marina. Tournament Director will assign
two release boats.
- Tournament
Director will determine start and finish times.

- All
members must be 16 years of age. Tournament Director will
determine guest eligibility.
- No trolling with big motor.
- All participants must have their own life vest.
Life vest must be worn with big motor running.
- All boats must be Coast Guard approved.
- No alcohol or drugs before or during tournament.
Alcoholic beverages are permitted at weigh in.
- Disqualification for any Legal violation during
tournament. Unsportsmanlike conduct will result in
member termination and will be determined by Officers.
- All participants must carry valid licenses and
permits. MVBA will be responsible for Tournament permits.
- Unless otherwise specified, any rule violation
will result in disqualification.
- No Rule changes for the 2002 year.
